Register before your client's first visit. Not sure if your client already toured or contacted the community? Check with the community directly first.
We send your registration to the community. The community verifies it and makes all eligibility and compensation decisions. Keep your confirmation number for your invoice.

Apartmentcator forwards registrations on behalf of participating communities. Registering protects your claim. It isn't a guarantee of compensation, which is set by each community's own requirements.
